FM GRU Tower Cranes were established in 1920. This family run company, FMgru, is located in the largest industrial place in northern Italy. Throughout the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in welded construction industries and the metal structural sector. FMgru was involved in constructing bridges for roads, pylons to convey electricity, a wide range of presses, forklifts, prefabrication molds and farming machinery.
During 1963, the company began crane production. The company eventually invested all of their human resources and financial resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the area of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru sells and produces 4 series of high quality tower cranes. These machines are designed and engineered for various applications and there are available units that can cover all construction needs.
FMgru has several extremely flexible lifting options for smaller businesses working on private homes and other smaller buildings. Self-erecting cranes offer 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Topless tower cranes are among their other models. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are user friendly and extremely adaptable. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes provide a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. They have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg. There are regular tower cranes which have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any construction or building project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These kinds of cranes are specifically designed to work in restricted locations and on high-rise projects where buildings are located in close proximity to each other.
